I have over 20 years of experience as a designer, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, Branding and Communication. I have completed high-impact projects that increased productivity, business ROI, and strengthened the digital presence of several brands com resultados with measurable results confirmed by the clients.
Throughout my career, I’ve led and collaborated on projects that boosted engagement, optimized workflows, and improved user satisfaction, always aligning stakeholder business goals with real customer experiences.
With solid experience in multidisciplinary teams and in planning complete digital solutions,including websites, mobile, and tablet applications, I apply an approach that combines strategic analysis, value generation, creativity, and a strong focus on measurable results.
Recently, I deepened my expertise in UX through the AI UX Lab Workshop by UX Unicórnio,focusing on integrating Artificial Intelligence into the UX/UI Design process.
This training complements my MBA in UX Design, Information Architecture, and Usability, as well as my UX Strategy courseconsolidating an increasingly strategic, up-to-date, and results-driven perspective.
Process
My process involves combining creativity and strategy, ensuring that each interface is not only visually impactful but also functional and intuitive. Integrated with agile methodologies, such as scrum and the approach of design thinking, my workflow prioritizes the continuous delivery of value and adaptability, allowing for rapid iterations based on real feedback.
The cycle begins with a deep immersion in UX Research to understand user pain points, evolving into information architecture and the creation of low-fidelity wireframes for testing. In the UI phase, I transform these concepts into interactive high-fidelity prototypes, where I apply accessibility principles and refined visual design based on a consistent and scalable design system to create memorable digital experiences that convert business objectives into human-centered solutions.
Tools are just some of the instruments in a larger purpose, which is to implement solutions.
