I have over 20 years of experience as a designer, having worked in UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, Branding and Communication. I've delivered high-impact projects that increased productivity, business ROI and strengthened the digital presence of several brands with consolidated results measured by clients.

Throughout my career, I've led and collaborated on deliveries that increased engagement, optimized flows and raised user satisfaction, always aligning stakeholders' business objectives with the real experience of clients.

With solid experience in multidisciplinary teams and planning complete digital solutions, spanning websites, mobile and tablet applications, I apply an approach that combines strategic analysis, value generation, creativity and a focus on measurable results.

Recently, I deepened my work in UX through the AI UX Lab Workshop by UX Unicórnio, on the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the stages of the UX/UI Design process.

This training complements my MBA in UX Design, Information Architecture and Usability and the UX Strategy course, consolidating an increasingly strategic, current vision oriented toward successful results.

Process

Creative process — Design Thinking

In 20 years of my career, I've learned that a process without delivery is worthless. Every project starts with a direct question: what real problem are we solving? The answer comes from meetings with stakeholders, requirements analysis, benchmarking and understanding the operational context — not from assumptions.

From there I structure the information architecture and develop low-fidelity wireframes for validation before any investment in visuals. In the UI phase, wireframes evolve into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with a design system built specifically for each project, with tokens, variables and components, ensuring consistency and scalability. I work integrated with agile methodologies, combining design thinking and scrum.

In my most recent projects I went beyond Figma: I used AI (Claude Code) to build functional prototypes in HTML, CSS and JS with realistic simulated content. The dev team receives screens that are already coded and functional, needing only database integration. This shortens the delivery cycle and removes ambiguity from the handoff. I follow the implementation from start to finish.
