As a UX/UI Designer, I applied process steps to every project, including requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders, research and benchmarking, data analysis, persona definition, user flows and information architecture. I also developed flows and wireframes, ran tests and validations, and created prototypes applying each company's visual identity to compose the final interfaces.
I've selected a few recent projects that reflect creativity, experience and effective results:

Shell needed to speed up and simplify the scheduling of aircraft fueling at the airports where it operates. We developed an app that centralizes scheduling, operation tracking, payments and fueling history. The solution was widely adopted by pilots, making the process faster and reducing day-to-day operational friction.

Profarma wanted to expand its market reach through online commerce. My role, as part of the team, was to conceive and build a mobile app for selling pharmaceutical products. The app had a range of features aimed at extending reach and boosting sales across the Profarma group's 4 pharmacy chains: Drogasmil, Farmalife, Tamoio and Rosário. All of them had to follow the same information architecture while keeping their own visual identity.

Beyond the recent projects shown here, I've also developed work for clients such as Infoglobo, L'Oréal, Priner, LFM – Laboratório Farmacêutico da Marinha, Abramus and Lancôme Paris, among others, involving deliveries from earlier periods with a variety of skills and knowledge. My role was always broad, taking part from requirements gathering with the client — in partnership with development professionals — through to final delivery. This joint analysis allowed us to address the topics discussed in meetings more efficiently, avoiding rework and issues throughout the process.
